O condutor alegou em um processo que havia trabalhado por cerca de um ano com a Uber. Entretanto, segundo os ministros da 5\u00aa Turma do <strong>TST<\/strong>, as caracter\u00edsticas de trabalho fazem com que o profissional seja considerado <strong>aut\u00f4nomo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o relator, ministro Breno Medeiros, o motorista n\u00e3o pode ser considerado empregado do aplicativo pois a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o \u00e9 flex\u00edvel. Al\u00e9m disso, Medeiros alegou que a empresa n\u00e3o exige exclusividade aos condutores.<\/p>\n<p>Os ministros que participaram do julgamento afirmaram tamb\u00e9m que os motoristas que prestam servi\u00e7os por meio do aplicativo n\u00e3o recebem um sal\u00e1rio. Naquele caso, o TRT2 defendeu que o profissional precisa seguir regras de conduta estabelecidas pela empresa. Portanto, n\u00e3o possui a autonomia que \u00e9 alegada pela Uber.<\/p>\n<h2>Uber recebe autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para operar com patinetes<\/h2>\n<p>A Prefeitura de <strong>S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong> autorizou a Uber a operar com patinetes el\u00e9tricas na cidade, conforme uma decis\u00e3o publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial, no dia 24 de janeiro.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/uber-autorizacao-operar-patinetes-sao-paulo\/\">Saiba mais: Uber recebe autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para operar com patinetes em SP<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A empresa ainda n\u00e3o informou quando a oferta das patinetes come\u00e7ar\u00e1 na capital paulista.
