Foto: Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/fato-relevante\/\"> fato relevante<\/a> da PetroRio, as aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es permitem uma integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre os campos de <strong>Polvo<\/strong>, j\u00e1 operado por ela, e TBMT, ambos na <strong>Bacia de Campos<\/strong> (RJ).<\/p>\n<p>Os custos operacionais combinados dos dois polos ultrapassam US$ 200 (R$ 849,76) milh\u00f5es por ano. Com as sinergias previstas, estima-se que esses custos sejam reduzidos a menos de US$ 80 milh\u00f5es por ano. Al\u00e9m disso, o <em>lifting cost <\/em>(custo de extra\u00e7\u00e3o) poder\u00e1 ser reduzido a menos que US$ 16 por barril.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos custos absolutos do novo polo permitir\u00e1 que mais \u00f3leo seja recuperado nos reservat\u00f3rios, durante um maior per\u00edodo.
