A gest\u00e3o do <strong>XP Malls<\/strong> deve permanecer avaliando as chances de seguir com sua estrat\u00e9gia de desalavancagem, que vem ocorrendo desde o uso de recursos de sua 7\u00aa emiss\u00e3o de cotas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir do pr\u00e9-pagamento e da libera\u00e7\u00e3o da garantia, a venda da participa\u00e7\u00e3o do XPML11 no Caxias Shopping \u00e9 autorizada, embora essa transa\u00e7\u00e3o ainda esteja sujeita ao cumprimento de condi\u00e7\u00f5es precedentes que geralmente s\u00e3o praticadas em opera\u00e7\u00f5es desse tipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O impacto mensal estimado pela gestora no resultado do fundo \u00e9 de R$ 0,02 por cota, que vem da redu\u00e7\u00e3o da despesa financeira total paga mensalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depois do pr\u00e9-pagamento, o <strong>fundo XPML11<\/strong> conta com aproximadamente R$ 436,755 milh\u00f5es dispon\u00edveis em caixa, que est\u00e3o aplicados em ativos de renda fixa com liquidez elevada. O FII tamb\u00e9m det\u00e9m mais de R$ 100 milh\u00f5es em cotas de fundos imobili\u00e1rios listados na Bolsa de Valores brasileira (B3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Dividendos do XP Malls<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O fundo imobili\u00e1rio XPML11 pagou na \u00faltima quinta-feira (25) dividendos de R$ 0,92 por cota, com crescimento de 2,22% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o rendimento pago no m\u00eas anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os dividendos do <strong>XPML11 <\/strong>chegaram a um novo patamar recorde.
