Esse valor \u00e9 equivalente a US$ 1,79 por a\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a><\/strong>. No mesmo per\u00edodo, no ano anterior, a fabricante de aeronaves norte-americana havia registrado lucro de US$ 3,42 bilh\u00f5es.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t

De acordo com a Boeing, os resultados continuar\u00e3o sendo impactados pelo\u00a0 737 Max<\/strong><\/a>, que est\u00e1 suspenso desde mar\u00e7o do ano passado. “Estamos focados na retomada do voos do 737 Max e na restaura\u00e7\u00e3o da confian\u00e7a da nossa marca”, disse o diretor-presidente da companhia, David Calhoun.<\/p>\n

A receita<\/a> do quarto trimestre alcan\u00e7ou US$ 17,91 bilh\u00f5es, trata-se de um recuo de 37% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo no ano de 2018, que registrou US$ 28,3 bilh\u00f5es. Os analistas estimavam uma receita de US$ 21,65 bilh\u00f5es. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o trimestre anterior, a receita totalizou US$ 19,98 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Na divis\u00e3o de aeronaves comerciais, a receita caiu 55%, para US$ 7,46 bilh\u00f5es. Na \u00e1rea da defesa, o recuo foi de 13%, para US$ 5,96 bilh\u00f5es.\u00a0A Boeing encerrou 2019 com preju\u00edzo de US$ 636 milh\u00f5es, o pior resultado anual em duas d\u00e9cadas. “Reconhecemos que temos muito trabalho a fazer”, informou Calhoun.<\/p>\n\t

A respeito do 737 Max h\u00e1 uma previs\u00e3o por parte da fabricante de que os custos financeiros ligados \u00e0 crise da aeronave alcance US$ 18,6 bilh\u00f5es. O custo n\u00e3o recorrente de produ\u00e7\u00e3o chegar\u00e1 a US$ 4 bilh\u00f5es em 2020.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a companhia estima US$ 6,3 bilh\u00f5es em custos adicionais. Ao todo, foi provisionado US$ 9,2 bilh\u00f5es para custos de compensa\u00e7\u00f5es a clientes devido aos problemas com o avi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Cade aprova compra da Embraer pela Boeing sem restri\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n

O Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econ\u00f4mica (Cade)<\/strong><\/a> aprovou, na \u00faltima segunda-feira (27), a compra da Embraer (EMBR3<\/strong>)<\/a> pela Boeing.<\/strong> Para a autarquia as empresas n\u00e3o concorrem nos mesmos mercados e que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 risco de problemas concorrenciais decorrentes da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O Cade decidiu pela aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o sem quaisquer restri\u00e7\u00f5es. O \u00f3rg\u00e3o de defesa da concorr\u00eancia analisou aspectos estritamente concorrenciais.<\/p>\n

O Cade analisou duas transa\u00e7\u00f5es que formar\u00e3o a opera\u00e7\u00e3o. Na primeira, a Boeing comprar\u00e1 80% do capital do setor de avia\u00e7\u00e3o comercial da Embraer. O segmento engloba a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de aeronaves regionais e comerciais de grande porte.<\/p>\n
