Ao longo do ano acreditamos ver uma adapta\u00e7\u00e3o bem mais relevante&#8221;, afirmou o vice-presidente da <strong>Anbima<\/strong>, Pedro Rudge, em entrevista coletiva nesta ter\u00e7a-feira. &#8220;Para a <strong>ind\u00fastria de fundos <\/strong>vai ser uma grande movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, gestores e administradores est\u00e3o bastante debru\u00e7ados nesse processo de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os dados apresentados pela Anbima sobre <strong>fundos de investimento<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m mostram que a <strong>classe de multimercados<\/strong> \u00e9 a que tem o maior n\u00famero de fundos adaptados \u00e0 resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 175 da CVM, com 167 fundos. Logo em seguida v\u00eam os <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/fundos-de-investimento-exterior\/\" rel=\"noopener\">fundos de investimento<\/a> em direitos credit\u00f3rios (<strong>FIDCs<\/strong>), com 140. A lista segue com os fundos de a\u00e7\u00f5es (64), renda fixa (44), FIPs (39), previd\u00eancia (33) e imobili\u00e1rios (10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cerca de 10% dos fundos novos e adaptados \u00e0 175 declararam permitir ativos digitais em suas carteiras, segundo a Anbima. A nova regra prev\u00ea que os fundos podem investir at\u00e9 10% do patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido em <strong>criptoativos<\/strong> &#8211; assim como em t\u00edtulos e contratos de investimento coletivo e valores mobili\u00e1rios emitidos por meio de plataformas eletr\u00f4nicas de investimento participativo, entre outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outra mudan\u00e7a trazida pela <strong>resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 175 da CVM<\/strong> \u00e9 que o investidor <a class=\"suno-keyword\" style=\"background: greenyellow\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/pessoa-fisica\/\" rel=\"noopener\">pessoa f\u00edsica<\/a> poder\u00e1 acessar fundos com 100% de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o a ativos no exterior, ultrapassando o limite anterior de 20%. J\u00e1 os fundos lan\u00e7ados desde 2 de outubro precisam vir em conformidade com o <strong>novo marco regulat\u00f3rio<\/strong>, com alguns pontos v\u00e1lidos a partir de 1\u00ba de abril de 2024. Mas Rudge, da Anbima, acredita que uma posterga\u00e7\u00e3o de prazos seria &#8220;razo\u00e1vel.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Acredito que a CVM est\u00e1 avaliando a possibilidade de ter uma posterga\u00e7\u00e3o da entrada em vigor do conjunto de regras previsto em abril. A resolu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 super positiva, mas no meio do caminho tivemos o projeto de lei (PL) dos fundos fechados, que trouxe complexidade e trabalho operacional muito grandes. Tempo, energia e m\u00e3o de obra tiveram que ser direcionados para colocar tudo em ordem por conta da tributa\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, afirma Rudge.
