No m\u00eas de outubro deste ano, a varejista tinha conseguido o perd\u00e3o dos mesmos investidores que poderiam declarar o vencimento antecipado em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do rebaixamento do rating da companhia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na \u00e9poca, a S&amp;P havia rebaixado a nota de cr\u00e9dito dos t\u00edtulos de &#8216;brAA-(sf)&#8217; para &#8216;brA-(sf)&#8217;. Assim, pelas regras da oferta, a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do rating em tr\u00eas ou mais n\u00edveis d\u00e1 aos investidores o direito de escolher se querem antecipar o pagamento final dos t\u00edtulos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00faltimo dia 24 de novembro, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/casas-bahia-bhia3-rating-gpj\/\">a ag\u00eancia fez um novo rebaixamento<\/a>, agora para &#8216;br-BBB&#8217;. O que esperar das a\u00e7\u00f5es?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a\u00e7\u00f5es da&nbsp;<strong>Casas Bahia<\/strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/statusinvest.com.br\/acoes\/bhia3?__hstc=189907700.8055ccc23f10f994477476fc36005533.1699956754224.1702980704211.1702985823050.85&amp;__hssc=189907700.42.1702985823050&amp;__hsfp=2131422129\">(BHIA3)<\/a>&nbsp;derreteram mais de 10% na \u00faltima sexta-feira (15), no primeiro preg\u00e3o ap\u00f3s o grupamento na raz\u00e3o de 25 para 1 decidido pela empresa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O papel, que chegou a valer R$ 0,50, tinha ca\u00eddo 81% em 2023 e 17% no m\u00eas, e est\u00e1 cotado agora a R$ 11,17. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00faltimo relat\u00f3rio sobre a pr\u00e9via do rebalanceamento do Ibovespa para janeiro de 2024, a equipe de estrat\u00e9gia da XP lembrou que o papel BHIA3 corria grande risco de exclus\u00e3o dos principais \u00edndices da B3. Com o grupamento, o que se pode esperar das a\u00e7\u00f5es da varejista?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/tags\/ibovespa\/\">Ibovespa<\/a><\/strong>, sublinha a XP em relat\u00f3rio da \u00faltima sexta (15), principal \u00edndice da Bolsa brasileira, \u201cserve como um term\u00f4metro do mercado local por reunir as a\u00e7\u00f5es com maior \u00edndice de negociabilidade da B3\u201d. Para fazer parte do \u00edndice, \u201co papel tamb\u00e9m precisa atender a crit\u00e9rios de presen\u00e7a em preg\u00e3o, volume financeiro e n\u00e3o pode ser&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/penny-stocks\/\">penny stock<\/a><\/strong>, ou seja, ativo cuja cota\u00e7\u00e3o seja inferior a R$ 1,00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsse risco decorre do crit\u00e9rio de Penny Stock, o que pode resultar em press\u00e3o significativa de venda da a\u00e7\u00e3o por parte dos fundos associados aos \u00edndices\u201d, informou o relat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o time da XP, o&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/grupamento-de-acoes\/\">grupamento das a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;da Casas Bahia \u201cpoderia ser um passo vital para resolver esse problema e proteger a posi\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa nesses \u00edndices\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com esse baque na sexta nos&nbsp;<strong>pap\u00e9is BHIA3<\/strong>, volta a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o: foi um susto ou as&nbsp;<strong>a\u00e7\u00f5es da varejista&nbsp;<\/strong>tendem a se recuperar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eis o que dizem os analistas da XP: \u201cMantemos uma vis\u00e3o mais cautelosa para o&nbsp;<strong>Grupo Casas Bahia<\/strong>, com recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o neutra e pre\u00e7o-alvo de R$ 17,7 por a\u00e7\u00e3o a\u00e7\u00e3o, uma vez que vemos desafios a serem enfrentados pela companhia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O time de an\u00e1lise cita como entraves:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ambiente competitivo acirrado;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>taxas de juros ainda elevadas e poder de compra comprimido; e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>riscos de execu\u00e7\u00e3o no plano de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o da companhia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas a XP pondera: \u201cComo destacamos no relat\u00f3rio Onde Investir 2024, estamos mais construtivos para o&nbsp;<strong>setor de varejo<\/strong>&nbsp;no ano que vem, por esperarmos uma recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de consumo decorrente de uma melhora na renda dispon\u00edvel e no n\u00edvel de endividamento dos consumidores por conta de juros mais baixos, uma infla\u00e7\u00e3o controlada e uma oferta de cr\u00e9dito mais normalizada.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais: \u201cAs expectativas dos investidores est\u00e3o bem conservadoras em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao setor e o posicionamento muito leve. Os benef\u00edcios fiscais de ICMS no IR devem ser praticamente eliminados ou reduzidos a partir de 2024, comprometendo crescimento de lucro ou demandando repasse de pre\u00e7os para compensar o efeito, mas a decis\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a esse tema deve remover uma incerteza importante que tem pesado no setor. class=\"wp-block-heading\">Movimento de queda livre antes do grupamento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o BB Investimentos, em relat\u00f3rio divulgado em 9 de novembro, as<strong>\u00a0a\u00e7\u00f5es BHIA3<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cseguiam um movimento de queda livre desde meados do 2S22, acumulando uma desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o de quase 80% neste ano, em um contexto de incertezas quanto \u00e0 capacidade da companhia em resolver seus problemas internos e voltar a crescer com rentabilidade.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E acrescenta: \u201cA companhia j\u00e1 tinha dado uma sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o negativa aos minorit\u00e1rios acerca da sua situa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira a partir da conclus\u00e3o da oferta subsequente de a\u00e7\u00f5es (follow on) em setembro, ocasi\u00e3o na qual aceitou um desconto de quase 60% sobre o pre\u00e7o pr\u00e9-follow on para uma a\u00e7\u00e3o que j\u00e1 estava muito descontada\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de resultados piores do que os esperados no 3T23 da Casas Bahia, pontua o BB-BI, \u201cadiciona mais um ponto de alerta quanto \u00e0 velocidade e intensidade da recupera\u00e7\u00e3o da companhia ap\u00f3s finalizado o processo de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o (estimado para o final de 2024), bem como o custo que esse processo ainda vai incutir no desempenho da Casas Bahia nos pr\u00f3ximos trimestres.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E conclui, um m\u00eas antes do&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/grupamento-de-acoes\/\">grupamento de a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a> da<strong> Casas Bahia<\/strong>, \u201cque optamos por rebaixar
