No \u00faltimo dia 6 de dezembro, em sess\u00e3o esvaziada ap\u00f3s confronto de Policiais Militares com manifestantes, o documento foi aprovado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para os pr\u00f3ximos passos da privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o da companhia de&nbsp;<strong>saneamento do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong>, Tarc\u00edsio alegou j\u00e1 estar em contato com \u201ctodos os munic\u00edpios\u201d. \u201cA gente vem construindo aquilo que ser\u00e1 a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o dos contratos, ent\u00e3o a gente est\u00e1 discutindo um plano de investimentos para cada um\u201d, afirmou o governador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em parte dos&nbsp;<strong>contratos da Sabesp (SBSP3)&nbsp;<\/strong>com os munic\u00edpios atendidos pela companhia est\u00e1 previsto o rompimento e a necessidade de renegocia\u00e7\u00e3o em caso de transfer\u00eancia do&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/controle-acionario\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">controle acion\u00e1rio<\/a>&nbsp;da empresa para o setor privado. \u00c9 a situa\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato com a cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo, que representa mais de 40% do faturamento da empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA ades\u00e3o dos munic\u00edpios \u00e9 volunt\u00e1ria e a gente est\u00e1 procurando mostrar para os munic\u00edpios a vantajosidade (sic), os investimentos que ser\u00e3o feitos nos pr\u00f3ximos anos e como vai ficar para o cidad\u00e3o daquele munic\u00edpio\u201d, acrescentou.
