A <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/vale-a-pena-investir-em-um-ipo-parte-1\/\">abertura de capital (IPO)<\/a><\/strong> movimentou US$ 2,25 bilh\u00f5es (R$ 9,12 bilh\u00f5es) e a de acordo com o jornal &#8220;Estado de S. Paulo&#8221; a institui\u00e7\u00e3o teria distribu\u00eddo R$ 500 milh\u00f5es em b\u00f4nus a seus executivos.<\/p>\n<p>A sa\u00edda de Raony Rossetti, que estava h\u00e1 11 anos na XP, foi inesperado entre os alunos dos cursos, em que o executivo comandava, e entre os colegas de trabalho. Mas Rosseti teria sa\u00eddo &#8220;de bem&#8221; e em carta ele afirmou que o ciclo na empresa foi &#8220;maravilhoso, de muito aprendizado, amizades, desafios, acertos e erros&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Por sua vez, na \u00faltima quarta-feira (8), Zeina Latif anunciou que deixaria o cargo de economista-chefe da XP. A corretora brasileira havia precificado seus pap\u00e9is no dia 10 de dezembro, um dia antes da estreia, a US$ 27 (valor um pouco acima da faixa estabelecida inicialmente, entre US$ 22 e US$ 25).
