J\u00e1 a <strong>Tokio<\/strong> <strong>Marine<\/strong> ter\u00e1 50,01% das a\u00e7\u00f5es ON e 25% do capital.<\/p>\n<p>A nova companhia remunerar\u00e1 a <strong>Caixa<\/strong> <strong>Seguridade<\/strong> com despesas totais de venda por produto em valores pr\u00e9-definidos, tendo uma comiss\u00e3o de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de 36,4% para o seguro residencial e 20% para o habitacional.<\/p>\n<p>O prazo para finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o se encerrar\u00e1 em 4 de janeiro de 2021. O projeto ainda ter\u00e1 que ser aprovado pela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/susep\/\">Superintend\u00eancia de Seguros Privados <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/susep\/\">(<\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/susep\/\">Susep<\/a><\/strong>), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/bacen\/\"><strong>Banco Central<\/strong><\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/cade\/\">Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econ\u00f4mica (<strong>Cade<\/strong>)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Caixa planeja IPO no setor de seguridade<\/h2>\n<p>A <strong>Caixa<\/strong> <strong>Econ\u00f4mica<\/strong> <strong>Federal<\/strong> est\u00e1 preparando a abertura de capital do setor de seguros do banco para abril deste ano. A estatal estima que valer\u00e1 entre R$ 50 bilh\u00f5es e R$ 60 bilh\u00f5es na <strong>Bolsa de Valores de S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong>. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o marcar\u00e1 a primeira <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/vale-pena-investir-em-um-ipo\/\">oferta p\u00fablica inicial de a\u00e7\u00f5es (IPO)<\/a> da empresa.
