Com a liquida\u00e7\u00e3o da 6\u00aa oferta de cotas do FII, o valor de caixa e <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/equivalentes-de-caixa\/\" rel=\"noopener\">equivalentes de caixa<\/a> do<strong> fundo imobili\u00e1rio XPLG11<\/strong> ultrapassou o valor total de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es a pagar dos CRIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA gestora reafirma o compromisso de manter os <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/indicadores-financeiros\/\" rel=\"noopener\">indicadores financeiros<\/a> saud\u00e1veis do fundo, de modo que novas recompras facultativas de CRIs poder\u00e3o ser realizadas\u201d, destaca o comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro ponto importante \u00e9 que os valores de resultado do fundo n\u00e3o representam garantia de rentabilidade. O FII poder\u00e1 ainda reter at\u00e9 5,0% dos lucros auferidos no semestre e apurados em base de caixa, conforme regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Carteira do XPLG11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Em seu \u00faltimo relat\u00f3rio gerencial, referente ao m\u00eas de outubro de 2023, o <strong>fundo XPLG11<\/strong> anunciou as novas atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es sobre sua carteira. O objetivo principal desse FII \u00e9 investir e explorar comercialmente empreendimentos na \u00e1rea log\u00edstica e industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At\u00e9 o final do m\u00eas, cerca de 92% dos ativos do <strong>XP Log<\/strong> eram im\u00f3veis, enquanto 5% eram <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/aplicacoes-financeiras\/\" rel=\"noopener\">aplica\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras<\/a> e 3% eram cotas de fundos imobili\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos contratos de loca\u00e7\u00e3o do fundo, cerca de 68% s\u00e3o at\u00edpicos e 32% s\u00e3o t\u00edpicos.
