href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/prejuizos-acumulados\/\">preju\u00edzos acumulados<\/a> reconhecidos nas informa\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras trimestrais, referentes ao per\u00edodo de tr\u00eas meses, encerrado em 30 de junho de 2023, mediante lan\u00e7amento cont\u00e1bil que debita o montante reduzido \u00e0 conta \u201ccapital social\u201d, creditando-se valor igual \u00e0 conta exerc\u00edcios sociais, al\u00e9m da crise que impactou o mercado imobili\u00e1rios nos \u00faltimos anos, o que gerou perdas significativas para a empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caso a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/reducao-capital\/\">redu\u00e7\u00e3o de capital<\/a> seja aprovada pelos acionistas, o capital social da <strong>Tenda<\/strong> passar\u00e1 a ser de R$ 910.728.801,38, dividido em 123.094.246 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-sao-acoes-ordinarias-preferenciais-e-units\/\">a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias<\/a>, todas nominativas,
