Al\u00e9m disso, a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 passar em rito sum\u00e1rio pela superintend\u00eancia, portanto, n\u00e3o precisar\u00e1 ser levado para o pleno do conselho.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a ag\u00eancia de not\u00edcias, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o regulador n\u00e3o encontrou nenhuma preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o concorrencial no neg\u00f3cio entre as duas empresas. Para o <strong>Cade<\/strong>, as duas companhias possuem investimentos complementares. Al\u00e9m disso, nenhum concorrente manifestou interesse na negocia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O acordo entre as duas companhias j\u00e1 foi aprovado por \u00f3rg\u00e3os reguladores dos <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong> e da <strong>China<\/strong>.
