Al\u00e9m disso, o bom desempenho dos <strong>im\u00f3veis<\/strong> dever\u00e1 contribuir para um crescimento de 2,2% da <strong>economia<\/strong> brasileira.<\/p>\n<p>O diretor do BC salientou que a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do setor imobili\u00e1rio n\u00e3o est\u00e1 acontecendo somente pelo avan\u00e7o das <strong>constru\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> em S\u00e3o Paulo. Segundo Kanczuk, outras capitais do Pa\u00eds tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o estimulando o crescimento deste segmento.<\/p>\n<p>O presidente do BC, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/roberto-campos-neto-presidente-bc\/\"><strong>Roberto Campos Neto<\/strong><\/a>, afirmou que a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o cedida aos bancos para o lan\u00e7amento de linhas de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/financiamento-imobiliario\/\">financiamento imobili\u00e1rio<\/a><\/strong> indexadas ao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ipca\/\">\u00cdndice de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor Amplo (<strong>IPCA<\/strong>)<\/a> contribu\u00edram para a retomada da <strong>constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As parcelas (dos financiamentos imobili\u00e1rios) ca\u00edram at\u00e9 25%. Temos mais gente comprando im\u00f3veis, isso leva a mais lan\u00e7amentos. Esse setor estava deprimido, com bastante desemprego&#8221;, disse Campos Neto.<\/p>\n<h2>Mercado de trabalho<\/h2>\n<p>O diretor do BC falou tamb\u00e9m sobre o desempenho do <strong>mercado de trabalho<\/strong> no Brasil. Kanczuk disse ainda que a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do mercado de trabalho ocorrer\u00e1 junto com a retomada gradual da economia do Pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;O movimento pode estar associado ao gradualismo que caracteriza a retomada da atividade econ\u00f4mica e tamb\u00e9m a fatores tecnol\u00f3gicos que ampliaram as possibilidades de se ofertar trabalho autonomamente&#8221;, afirmou o diretor da autoridade monet\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<h2>Crescimento dos lan\u00e7amentos de im\u00f3veis<\/h2>\n<p>De acordo com a <strong>C\u00e2mara Brasileira da Ind\u00fastria da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o (CBIC)<\/strong>, os lan\u00e7amentos de <strong>im\u00f3veis<\/strong> residenciais aumentaram 4,1% no per\u00edodo de julho a setembro deste ano, na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual.
