A XP Inc. estabeleceu um acordo com a Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM)<\/a><\/strong> para encerrar um processo contra Guilherme Benchimol<\/a><\/strong>, CEO da corretora, e Fabr\u00edcio Cunha de Almeida, COO da empresa. A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi aberta pela autarquia em janeiro deste ano.<\/p>\t

O Termo de Compromisso apresentado pela corretora<\/strong> inclui o pagamento de uma multa de R$ 1 milh\u00e3o para o \u00f3rg\u00e3o regulador. Deste montante, R$ 500 mil ser\u00e3o pagos pela XP<\/strong>, enquanto Benchimol e Almeida pagar\u00e3o R$ 250 mil cada um.<\/p>\n

Os diretores da corretora foram acusados de infringir as normas estabelecidas pela CVM sobre opera\u00e7\u00f5es com valores mobili\u00e1rios<\/strong><\/a>, contidas na Instru\u00e7\u00e3o 505. Segundo o \u00f3rg\u00e3o regulador, Benchimol permitiu que a empresa atuasse “sem ter procedimentos e controles internos com o objetivo de verificar a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o, aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e efic\u00e1cia de normas contidas na Instru\u00e7\u00e3o 505”.<\/p>\n

A autarquia informou tamb\u00e9m que a empresa n\u00e3o comunicou, em maio de 2014, a altera\u00e7\u00e3o de exerc\u00edcio da fun\u00e7\u00e3o de diretor de controles internos. Al\u00e9m disso,\u00a0o \u00f3rg\u00e3o regulador n\u00e3o recebeu informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a indica\u00e7\u00e3o de Benchimol para o cargo de diretor respons\u00e1vel pela normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o, que ocorreu em fevereiro de 2013.<\/p>\n\t

A corretora dever\u00e1 enviar tamb\u00e9m um relat\u00f3rio apresentando os procedimentos adotados para cumprir as normas que foram infringidas e, dessa forma, corrigir as condutas apontadas pela CVM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

XP lan\u00e7a fundos para investir em a\u00e7\u00f5es nos EUA<\/h2>\n

Na semana passada, a\u00a0XP\u00a0<\/strong>lan\u00e7ou dois fundos para investidores que querem comprar suas a\u00e7\u00f5es no Brasil.<\/strong> Ambos t\u00eam aplica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima de R$ 500.<\/p>\n

O fundo Trend<\/strong> XP<\/strong> Inc<\/strong> FIC<\/strong> FIA<\/strong> IE<\/strong> destinar\u00e1 100% de seu patrim\u00f4nio para a\u00e7\u00f5es da companhia que est\u00e3o listadas na Nasdaq<\/strong>. Por quest\u00f5es regulat\u00f3rias, o fundo ser\u00e1 voltado somente a investidores qualificados (com pelo R$ 1 milh\u00e3o em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras).<\/p>\n

Por outro lado, o Trend<\/strong> XP<\/strong> Inc<\/strong> Balanceado FIC<\/strong> FIM<\/strong>, ser\u00e1 destinado ao p\u00fablico geral e ter\u00e1 20% investido nas a\u00e7\u00f5es da empresa e os outros 80% em renda fixa, por meio do fundo Trend DI Simples FIRF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Os fundos estar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis nas plataformas da XP<\/strong> e da Rico<\/strong>, com prote\u00e7\u00e3o cambial (hedge<\/strong><\/a>).
