O valor total da compra foi de R$ 2,6 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n<p>A outra parte da capta\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 utilizada para o pagamento de saldo devedor das deb\u00eantures simples e investimentos nas controladas. A empresa tamb\u00e9m anunciou uma oferta secund\u00e1ria de 22,7 milh\u00f5es de a\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais, de titularidade do fundo de investimentos <strong>Alkes<\/strong> <strong>II<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras que coordenaram as a\u00e7\u00f5es foram:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ita\u00fa BBA;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>JPMorgan<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bradesco BBI;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Citi;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Morgan Stanley;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Santander<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Credit Suisse;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>UBS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a\u00e7\u00f5es desta oferta come\u00e7ar\u00e3o a ser negociadas na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/b3\/\">B3<\/a> nesta sexta-feira (13).<\/p>\n<h2>Aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es e plano de expans\u00e3o da Notre Dame Interm\u00e9dica<\/h2>\n<p>A operadora de sa\u00fade <strong>Notre Dame Interm\u00e9dica <\/strong>possui um plano de expans\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de novas aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es. Em meados de outubro, a empresa fechou um acordo para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da <strong>S\u00e3o Lucas Sa\u00fade,<\/strong> que atua na cidade de Americana (SP).<\/p>\n<p>Em fato relevante, a Notre Dame informou que: \u201cCom a conclus\u00e3o da transa\u00e7\u00e3o, a companhia passar\u00e1 a deter, de forma indireta, 100% do capital social da <strong>S\u00e3o Lucas Sa\u00fade<\/strong> e o controle das demais entidades do grupo <strong>S\u00e3o<\/strong> <strong>Lucas<\/strong>\u201d. Al\u00e9m disso, comunicou que o pre\u00e7o da compra de R$ 312 milh\u00f5es seria pago \u00e0 vista somado ao caixa l\u00edquido apurado e retirando uma parcela destinada para conting\u00eancias.
