Por quest\u00f5es regulat\u00f3rias, o fundo ser\u00e1 voltado somente a investidores qualificados (com pelo R$ 1 milh\u00e3o em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras).<\/p>\n\n<p>J\u00e1 o outro fundo, o <strong>Trend<\/strong> <strong>XP<\/strong> <strong>Inc<\/strong> <strong>Balanceado FIC<\/strong> <strong>FIM<\/strong>, ser\u00e1 destinado ao p\u00fablico geral e ter\u00e1 20% investido nas a\u00e7\u00f5es da empresa e os outros 80% em renda fixa, por meio do fundo <strong>Trend DI Simples FIRF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A taxa de administra\u00e7\u00e3o dos dois fundos ser\u00e1 de 0,05% ao ano e o prazo de resgate de oito dias.<\/p>\n<p>Os fundos estar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis nas plataformas da <strong>XP<\/strong> e da <strong>Rico<\/strong>, com prote\u00e7\u00e3o cambial (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/como-utilizar-hedge\/\"><strong>hedge<\/strong><\/a>). Desta forma, o investidor estar\u00e1 se expondo apenas \u00e0 varia\u00e7\u00e3o de pre\u00e7o das a\u00e7\u00f5es da <strong>XP<\/strong>, sem a interfer\u00eancia da moeda norte-americana.<\/p>\n<h2>Lemann comprou a\u00e7\u00f5es da XP<\/h2>\n<p>O executivo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/tudo-sobre\/jorge-paulo-lemann\/\"><strong>Jorge Paulo Lemann<\/strong><\/a> comprou a\u00e7\u00f5es da XP Investimentos na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/vale-pena-investir-em-um-ipo\/\">oferta p\u00fablica inicial de a\u00e7\u00f5es (<strong>IPO<\/strong>)<\/a> da corretora, realizada nesta quarta (11). A informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi divulgada por fontes familiarizadas com o assunto.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com as fontes, o executivo utilizou um fundo pr\u00f3prio para comprar as a\u00e7\u00f5es da empresa. Assim, <strong>Lemann<\/strong> obteve os pap\u00e9is antes que eles fossem ofertados na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/nasdaq\/\"><strong>Nasdaq<\/strong><\/a>, bolsa de valores dos <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/jorge-paulo-lemann-acoes-xp-investimentos-ipo\/\">Saiba mais: Jorge Paulo Lemann compra a\u00e7\u00f5es da XP Investimentos em IPO, dizem fontes<\/a><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o se sabe ainda quanto o executivo comprou da corretora. Uma das fontes salientou que a opera\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o envolveu a <strong>3G Capital<\/strong>, empresa de <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/private-equity\/\"><strong>private<\/strong> <strong>equity<\/strong><\/a><\/em> fundada por <strong>Lemann<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo uma fonte que participou da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, os investidores estrangeiros foram respons\u00e1veis por adquirir 45% da oferta.
