Assim, Lemann obteve os pap\u00e9is antes que eles fossem ofertados na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/nasdaq\/\"><strong>Nasdaq<\/strong><\/a>, bolsa de valores dos <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o se sabe ainda quanto o executivo comprou da corretora. Uma das fontes salientou que a opera\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o envolveu a <strong>3G Capital<\/strong>, empresa de <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/private-equity\/\">private equity<\/a><\/em> fundada por Lemann.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo uma fonte que participou da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, os investidores estrangeiros foram respons\u00e1veis por adquirir 45% da oferta. Os bancos <strong>Goldman Sachs<\/strong> e <strong>JP Morgan<\/strong>, que coordenaram a oferta, buscaram reduzir esta participa\u00e7\u00e3o, pois afirmaram que os investidores locais tendem a se desfazer das a\u00e7\u00f5es mais rapidamente que os estrangeiros.<\/p>\n<h2>IPO da XP Investimentos<\/h2>\n<p>A XP Investimentos <strong>(XP Inc)<\/strong> abriu em alta de 21% em sua estreia na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/nasdaq\/\">Nasdaq<\/a> nesta quarta-feira (11), a US$ 32,75. A corretora brasileira precificou seus pap\u00e9is, na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (10), a US$ 27 (valor um pouco acima da faixa estabelecida inicialmente, entre US$ 22 e US$ 25). Sendo assim, parte dos recursos levantados com a opera\u00e7\u00e3o ir\u00e1 para os acionistas vendedores, e a outra parte ser\u00e1 direcionada ao caixa da empresa\u00a0brasileira.<\/p>\n<p>A empresa comunicou a venda 72,51 milh\u00f5es de a\u00e7\u00f5es classe A. Do total, 42.553.192 fazem parte da oferta prim\u00e1ria e a outra parte, de 29.957.449 pap\u00e9is, s\u00e3o da oferta secund\u00e1ria, vendidas por acionistas.
