No entanto, a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o, que custou US$ 905 milh\u00f5es (cerca de R$ 3,7 bilh\u00f5es), ocorreu mesmo assim.<\/p>\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m foi aprovada pela Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es (<strong>Anatel<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o conselheiro relator do caso, S\u00e9rgio Ravagnani, a rivalidade observada no setor das <strong>telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> no Pa\u00eds \u00e9 suficiente para afastar poss\u00edveis preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es concorrenciais. A companhia, controlada pela <strong>NII Holdings,<\/strong> teve uma queda de 11% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anualizada.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/nextel-brasil-reporta-prejuizo-27-milhoes\/\">Saiba mais: Nextel Brasil reporta preju\u00edzo de US$ 27,7 milh\u00f5es no 3T19<\/a><\/p>\n<p>No terceiro trimestre, a receita operacional da empresa de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es atingiu US$ 146 milh\u00f5es (R$ 584,28 milh\u00f5es), um avan\u00e7o de 3%.
