O principal \u00e9 a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com a assimetria entre as <strong>al\u00edquotas dos fundos offshore<\/strong> e dos <strong>fundos onshore<\/strong>. H\u00e1 demandas por algumas mudan\u00e7as no parecer, mas o que mexe um pouco na estrutura do projeto \u00e9 este pleito de igualar as al\u00edquotas de offshore e onshore\u201d, disse o deputado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na entrevista, o relator destacou que n\u00e3o formou opini\u00e3o sobre o novo parecer, e que apenas estuda os pleitos a ele apresentados. J\u00e1 para os que tiverem renda superior a R$ 50 mil ficar\u00e3o sujeitos \u00e0 al\u00edquota de 22,5% &#8211; valor m\u00e1ximo para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/curto-prazo\/\">curto prazo<\/a> no Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No caso dos fundos onshore, a sistem\u00e1tica varia de acordo com o prazo de investimentos, sendo que os de menores prazos est\u00e3o sujeitos a maior tributa\u00e7\u00e3o (at\u00e9 22,5%).<\/p>\n\n\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"77014\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\talt=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Algumas mudan\u00e7as nos trechos referentes \u00e0<strong> fundos imobili\u00e1rios (FIIs)<\/strong> e <strong>Fiagros<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o no radar. O governo aumentou o n\u00famero de cotistas necess\u00e1rios para que haja isen\u00e7\u00e3o, com a possibilidade para fechar caminhos de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/elisao-fiscal\/\">elis\u00e3o fiscal<\/a> com estes ativos sem necessariamente mexer no n\u00famero de cotistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ideia \u00e9 tentar levar a mat\u00e9ria da taxa\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>fundos offshore<\/strong> a Plen\u00e1rio na pr\u00f3xima ter\u00e7a (17).
