Os ativos do Bresco s\u00e3o locados para empresas com alta qualidade de cr\u00e9dito, como por exemplo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Magazine<\/strong> <strong>Luiza<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Whirpool<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Natura<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>DHL<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aproximadamente 40% das receitas s\u00e3o provenientes de propriedades localizadas na capital paulista. Sendo assim, o fundo consegue ter mais exposi\u00e7\u00e3o ao avan\u00e7o do e-commerce. Em contrapartida 40% foi de investidores institucionais como fundos de pens\u00e3o e gestoras de investimentos.<\/p>\n<p>Do total de R$ 500 milh\u00f5es, R$ 300 milh\u00f5es ser\u00e3o direcionados ao caixa do fundo e ser\u00e3o utilizados para saldar as d\u00edvidas do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/certificados-recebiveis-imobiliarios\/\"><strong>CRIs<\/strong> <\/a>estruturados para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o e compra dos im\u00f3veis. Outros 10% ser\u00e3o usados para expans\u00e3o do portf\u00f3lio. Cerca de R$ 200 milh\u00f5es v\u00e3o para a Bresco por meio de uma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/follow-on\/\"><strong>oferta secund\u00e1ria<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Comunicado da Bresco<\/h2>\n<p>Em comunicado enviado \u00e0 <strong>B3,<\/strong> a Bresco fala sobre os riscos ao investidor. &#8220;O investimento no Fundo apresenta riscos para o investidor. Ainda que a Administradora e o Gestor mantenham sistema de gerenciamento de riscos,<br \/>\nn\u00e3o h\u00e1 garantia de completa elimina\u00e7\u00e3o da possibilidade de perdas para o Fundo e para o investidor.
