A <strong>Generali<\/strong> tem a op\u00e7\u00e3o de aumentar sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o na seguradora para 51% at\u00e9 2021.<\/p>\n<p>A seguradora deve pagar R$ 54 milh\u00f5es em at\u00e9 tr\u00eas anos e outros R$ 35 milh\u00f5es ao final de 2025, conforme as metas operacionais forem alcan\u00e7adas.<\/p>\n<p>O conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o da <strong>BMG<\/strong> <strong>Seguros<\/strong> ser\u00e1 modificado de forma que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tr\u00eas membros ser\u00e3o indicados pelo <strong>BMG<\/strong> <strong>Participa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> <strong>em<\/strong> <strong>Neg\u00f3cios<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Os outros dois ser\u00e3o da <strong>Generali<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Jorge Sant&#8217;Anna<\/strong> permanecer\u00e1 como presidente da seguradora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As companhias j\u00e1 t\u00eam uma <strong>joint-venture<\/strong> firmada desde 2016 focada em venda de seguros para aposentados, pensionistas e funcion\u00e1rios p\u00fablicos. Na parceria, a <strong>Generali<\/strong> tem 40% de participa\u00e7\u00e3o e o <strong>BMG<\/strong>, 60%.<\/p>\n<p>A transa\u00e7\u00e3o aguarda a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os reguladores.<\/p>\n<h2>Banco BMG e Lojas Help!<\/h2>\n<p>O diretor financeiro do BMG , Fl\u00e1vio Pentagna Guimar\u00e3es Neto, informou que o banco pretende chegar a 800 unidades da rede de lojas de cr\u00e9dito <strong>help!<\/strong>. A help! oferece <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/emprestimo-consignado\/\"><strong>empr\u00e9stimos<\/strong><\/a> e possui como p\u00fablico-alvo aposentados, pensionistas do INSS e servidores p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDevemos continuar com um ritmo elevado de abertura de lojas no pr\u00f3ximo ano, mas diminuindo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a este, quando mais do que dobramos o total de unidades.
