Al\u00e9m disso, as a\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o um esfor\u00e7o do Minist\u00e9rio da Fazenda para compensar os gastos com programas sociais neste ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Temos que aproveitar este m\u00eas para reagir ao ambiente externo. O montante ajudar\u00e1 na tarefa da pasta de zerar o d\u00e9ficit do resultado prim\u00e1rio no pr\u00f3ximo ano. A previs\u00e3o da \u00e1rea econ\u00f4mica \u00e9 de arrecadar R$ 24 bilh\u00f5es entre 2023 e 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo estimativas do governo federal, h\u00e1 cerca 2,5 mil brasileiros com recursos aplicados nesses fundos, que acumulam R$ 756,8 bilh\u00f5es e respondem por 12,3% dos fundos no pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fundos exclusivos seguem atraindo investidores endinheirados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apesar das discuss\u00f5es em torno da chamada de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/web-stories\/fundos-de-investimento-super-ricos-taxados-jvj\/\">Medida Provis\u00f3ria dos super-ricos<\/a>, os&nbsp;<strong>fundos exclusivos<\/strong>&nbsp;multimercado, renda fixa e cambiais permanecem atraindo a aten\u00e7\u00e3o de investidores interessados em risco e com lastro para tanto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 o que apontou a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira das Entidades dos Mercados Financeiro e de Capitais (Anbima), que estima que at\u00e9 julho deste ano a capta\u00e7\u00e3o desses fundos foi de aproximadamente R$ 13,6 bilh\u00f5es, com um patrim\u00f4nio acumulado de R$ 966,2 bilh\u00f5es no mesmo per\u00edodo, conforme apurado pela Folha de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"readToo\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"readToo__title\">Leia mais<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"readToo__list\">\n\t\t\t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/editoria-fundos-pesquisa-gestoresotimismo-brasil-ar\/\">Pesquisa com gestores de fundos multimercados aponta otimismo com Brasil<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/fundos-bilionario-ray-dalio-prefere-caixa-a-divida-ar\/\">Fundos de investimento: por que o bilion\u00e1rio Ray Dalio prefere ativos de curto prazo e liquidez imediata?<\/a><\/li>\t\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>O mercado tem interpretado a MP de forma positiva, muito embora tenha como centro de discuss\u00e3o a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o dos&nbsp;<strong>rendimentos dos fundos&nbsp;<\/strong>de uma parcela mais abastada da popula\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira. Al\u00e9m disso, a MP igualmente prev\u00ea a cobran\u00e7a do IR no momento em que o investidor optar por resgatar ou vender suas cotas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o de offshores e fundo fechado impactar\u00e1 parcela pequena da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, diz secret\u00e1rio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No m\u00eas de agosto, o secret\u00e1rio de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/politica-economica\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Pol\u00edtica Econ\u00f4mica<\/a> do Minist\u00e9rio da Fazenda, Guilherme Mello, disse que a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o de offshores e fundos fechados pelo governo afetar\u00e3o um grupo muito pequeno da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO tratamento tribut\u00e1rio que o Brasil d\u00e1 a esses investidores n\u00e3o tem compara\u00e7\u00e3o com outros pa\u00edses. Realmente, a al\u00edquota efetiva para pessoas com renda muito alta lembra alguns para\u00edsos fiscais, enquanto sobre o trabalhador \u00e9 muito alta\u201d, afirmou Mello, em participa\u00e7\u00e3o no F\u00f3rum Internacional Tribut\u00e1rio, organizado por Anfip, Fenafisco e Sindifisco Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mello disse que o governo pretende enfrentar as resist\u00eancias a essas mudan\u00e7as com \u201cdi\u00e1logo\u201d.
