Al\u00e9m disso, a empresa tamb\u00e9m utilizou um site para ofertar esses servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/33ZNYfZ\">Black Friday Suno \u2013 pague 2 anos e leve 3 nas principais assinaturas da Suno Research<\/a><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o superintendente da CVM, Francisco Jos\u00e9 Bastos Santos, a empresa \u201cn\u00e3o est\u00e1 autorizada a captar clientes residentes no Brasil, por n\u00e3o integrar o sistema de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de valores mobili\u00e1rios\u201d. Sendo assim, a veicula\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer oferta desse servi\u00e7o por parte da empresa est\u00e1 suspensa pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o regulador.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"?Delta inicia compra da Latam; CVM alerta sobre Qbank e Magalu anuncia nova parceria\" width=\"200\" height=\"113\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4_19-u-Dx0M?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Caso a <strong>Q Investimentos<\/strong> n\u00e3o respeite as determina\u00e7\u00f5es da <strong>CVM<\/strong>, a empresa ter\u00e1 que arcar com uma multa de R$ 1 mil por dia. De acordo com a corretora, a empresa estaria utilizando o CNPJ e o endere\u00e7o f\u00edsico da <strong>Necton Investimentos<\/strong> para enganar seus clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Esse tipo de alerta da CVM tem como objetivo prevenir ou corrigir situa\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00edpicas de mercado.
