Esse tipo de ve\u00edculo investe em projetos como rodovias, aeroportos, portos, entre outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As vantagens de investir em FIP-IE incluem a possibilidade de participar de projetos que, normalmente, exigem um grande investimento inicial, al\u00e9m de receber rendimentos atraentes a longo prazo. Existem fundos, como o AZQI11, que o ativo custa cerca de R$ 10.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samuel Santos lembra que, no Brasil, existe um \u201cgap enorme\u201d de infraestrutura, com estradas mal pavimentadas, um gargalo portu\u00e1rio muito grande e d\u00e9ficit energ\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neste contexto, o FIP-IE financia projetos de empresas do setor, remunerando o investidor com os juros da d\u00edvida cedida \u00e0s empresas de infraestrutura. O gestor afirma que o AZQI11 \u201cprocura empres\u00e1rios com bom hist\u00f3rico e que precisam de financiamento adequado para poder desenvolver seus projetos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De prefer\u00eancia, o fundo \u201ctenta se posicionar em setores que dependem de uma demanda real e est\u00e3o mais blindados do aspecto pol\u00edtico\u201d. Esses investimentos s\u00e3o feitos atrav\u00e9s de <strong>deb\u00eantures<\/strong>, que possuem isen\u00e7\u00e3o de imposto de renda em seus rendimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Investir nos fundos do tipo FI-Infra<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m dos FIP-IEs, os investidores podem investir em outros fundos de infraestrutura listados em bolsa, os FI-Infra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com aloca\u00e7\u00f5es em <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/debentures-incentivadas\/\">deb\u00eantures incentivadas<\/a><\/strong>, os fundos do tipo FI-Infra possuem uma dupla isen\u00e7\u00e3o de imposto de renda, tanto nos rendimentos mensais quanto na venda da cota com lucro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro fator importante \u00e9 a quest\u00e3o do risco. O gestor da Suno Asset lembra que o FI-Infra \u00e9 um fundo de <strong>renda fixa<\/strong> e por isso, n\u00e3o pode tomar muitos riscos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOs<strong> fundos de infraestrutura<\/strong> n\u00e3o podem comprar a\u00e7\u00f5es ou participa\u00e7\u00f5es em empresas. Por isso, eles tendem a ter menor volatilidade quando comparados a outros ativos de renda vari\u00e1vel\u201d, afirma Duarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portanto, o FI-Infra \u00e9 interessante para quem est\u00e1 come\u00e7ando na Bolsa, uma vez que a varia\u00e7\u00e3o do pre\u00e7o \u00e9 bem menor que em a\u00e7\u00f5es de empresas. Atualmente, a maioria dos FI-Infra possui t\u00edtulos que remuneram o investidor com um pr\u00eamio acima da <strong>infla\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQuando voc\u00ea compra uma a\u00e7\u00e3o, ele n\u00e3o sabe quanto vai ser o dividendo. No caso do FI-Infra, j\u00e1 existe uma remunera\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9-determinada.
