Cadastre-se para ser o primeiro a saber.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Klabin<\/strong> informou que: \u201cEsta transa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 mais uma etapa do exitoso trabalho de <strong>liability<\/strong> <strong>management<\/strong> colocado em pr\u00e1tica pela Klabin ao longo de 2019\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>Klabin e Projeto Puma II<\/h2>\n<p>A Klabin (<strong>KLBN11<\/strong>), na \u00faltima quarta 6, informou que assinou um contrato para uma linha de financiamento de R$ 3 bilh\u00f5es junto ao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/bancos-de-desenvolvimento\/\"><strong>Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico e Social (BNDES)<\/strong><\/a>, aprovado pelo Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o. O destino do valor arrecadado ser\u00e1 o <strong>Projeto Puma II<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A taxa do financiamento ser\u00e1 do <strong>IPCA<\/strong> + 3,58% ao ano, podendo ser utilizado pela companhia de forma integral ou parcial dentro dos pr\u00f3ximos 30 meses.
