N\u00e3o houve contraproposta. Uma nova assembleia ser\u00e1 convocada para discutir a nova proposta do fundo do <strong>Banco Safra.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/33ZNYfZ\">Black Friday Suno \u2013 as melhores an\u00e1lises sobre investimentos com descontos incr\u00edveis! Cadastre-se para ser o primeiro a saber.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A primeira proposta pelo <strong>TB Office<\/strong> foi do <strong>Hedge AAA,<\/strong> no valor de R$ 909,5 milh\u00f5es. Logo depois, o fundo BlueMacaw ofereceu cerca de R$ 924,6 milh\u00f5es pelo ativo.<\/p>\n<p>Na quinta-feira passada, o fundo administrado pelo <strong>Banco Safra<\/strong> entrou na jogada oferecendo ent\u00e3o R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o pelo condom\u00ednio de escrit\u00f3rios. Com essas propostas na mesa, o fundo imobili\u00e1rio TB Office convocou assembleia com os cotistas para analis\u00e1-las.<\/p>\n<p>Com a nova oferta, a compra do ativo do <strong>TB Office<\/strong> pelo JS Real Estate Multigest\u00e3o seria realizada com recursos do pr\u00f3prio fundo, totalizando R$ 650 milh\u00f5es, e o restante via capta\u00e7\u00e3o por meio de emiss\u00e3o restrita <strong>(ICVM 476).<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Embate pelo TB Office<\/h2>\n<p>A novela sobre a compra do Tower Bridge Corporate come\u00e7ou com o interesse da <strong>Hedge Investments.<\/strong> A Hedge, mesmo cotista do fundo, apresentou uma oferta de R$ 909 milh\u00f5es pelo pr\u00e9dio comercial. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi questionada pelos cotistas do fundo, alegando um conflito de interesses.<\/p>\n<p>A transa\u00e7\u00e3o seria intermediada pelo fundo imobili\u00e1rio Hedge AAA, que ainda est\u00e1 em fase pr\u00e9-operacional. Caso a proposta seja aprovada, o TB Office, que \u00e9 administrado pelo <strong>BTG Pactual,<\/strong> ser\u00e1 liquidado.
