A plataforma contar\u00e1 com contas operadas pelo banco <strong>Citigroup<\/strong> e por uma cooperativa de cr\u00e9dito da Universidade de Stanford.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar de o projeto ser desenvolvido pela gigante de tecnologia norte-americana, o vice-presidente de pagamentos da empresa, Caesar Sengupta, ressaltou que as marcas das institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras ter\u00e3o posi\u00e7\u00e3o central nas contas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNossa abordagem ser\u00e1 fazer uma parceria profunda com bancos e o sistema financeiro\u201d, afirmou Sengupta. &#8220;O caminho pode ser ligeiramente mais longo assim, mas ser\u00e1 mais sustent\u00e1vel&#8221;, completou.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a empresa ressaltou que n\u00e3o pretende vender os dados financeiros dos clientes para os anunciantes. Ademais, a <strong>Amazon<\/strong> sinaliza h\u00e1 um tempo a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de abrir contas-correntes.<\/p>\n<h2>Cart\u00e3o de d\u00e9bito na carteira digital do Google<\/h2>\n<p>No m\u00eas passado, a gigante norte-americana anunciou uma atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o para o <strong>Google Pay<\/strong>, o servi\u00e7o de pagamentos digitais da companhia.
