No entanto, o lucro apresentando no per\u00edodo de julho a setembro deste ano \u00e9 1,4% menor em compara\u00e7\u00e3o aos ganhos do 2T19, quando a companhia teve R$ 114 milh\u00f5es de <strong>lucro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/wiz-reporta-lucro-liquido-62-milhoes-3-trimestre\/\">Confira: Wiz reporta o lucro l\u00edquido de R$ 62,3 milh\u00f5es no 3\u00ba trimestre<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-receita-liquida\/\">receita l\u00edquida<\/a> da empresa aumentou 28,9%, chegando a R$ 934,7 milh\u00f5es. A margem bruta passou de 28,3%, no terceiro trimestre do ano passado, a 30,9%. O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/roe-utilidade\/\">Retorno sobre Patrim\u00f4nio L\u00edquido (ROE)<\/a> sobre os \u00faltimos 12 meses foi de 7,3%.<\/p>\n<h2>Cyrela eleva gera\u00e7\u00e3o de caixa e mostra-se otimista<\/h2>\n<p>A <strong>Cyrela<\/strong> apresentou uma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/regime-caixa\/\">gera\u00e7\u00e3o de caixa<\/a> de R$ 78 milh\u00f5es, no trimestre, e de R$ 424 milh\u00f5es no acumulado dos nove primeiros meses do ano. A companhia entregou 14 projetos no trimestre, com<strong> valor geral de vendas (VGV)<\/strong> de R$ 1,233 bilh\u00e3o na data dos respectivos lan\u00e7amentos.<\/p>\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.seculus.com.br\/blackfriday\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/11\/seculus_suno_mobile_2.jpg\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/11\/seculus_suno_desktop_2.jpg\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"474123\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twidth='1420' height='240'\t\t\t\t\talt=\"https:\/\/files.sunoresearch.com.br\/n\/uploads\/2023\/11\/seculus_suno_desktop_2.jpg\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/lucro-por-acao\/\">Lucro por A\u00e7\u00e3o (LPA)<\/a>, no final de setembro, era de R$ 0,27, uma queda de 8,3% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao trimestre anterior.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/divida-liquida\/\">D\u00edvida L\u00edquida<\/a> \u00e9 de R$ 696 milh\u00f5es, sendo elevado em 46,8% desde o segundo trimestre deste ano. O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/patrimonio-liquido\/\">Patrim\u00f4nio L\u00edquido<\/a> atingiu R$ 5,48 bilh\u00f5es, sendo que no trimestre anterior era 3,5% maior.
