Caso n\u00e3o fosse atendida, a empreiteira deveria ter fal\u00eancia decretada.<\/p>\n<p>A Odebrecht apresentou \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a as d\u00edvidas de 21 holdings e subholdings, que chegam a um total de R$ 98 bilh\u00f5es. As alega\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o demasiadamente gen\u00e9ricas sem qualquer concatena\u00e7\u00e3o com fatos concretos constantes dos autos. (&#8230;) Na realidade, foram os peticion\u00e1rios que se comportaram de maneira nada colaborativa&#8221;, afirmou o juiz. Sendo assim, Rodrigues Filho disse que n\u00e3o houve falta de informa\u00e7\u00f5es por parte do grupo Odebrecht.<\/p>\n<h2>Odebrecht acusa Caixa de agir de &#8216;m\u00e1-f\u00e9&#8217;<\/h2>\n<p>Em meados de outubro, os advogados da Odebrecht afirmaram \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a que a Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal agiu de &#8220;m\u00e1-f\u00e9&#8221; ao solicitar a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/lei-de-falencias\/\">fal\u00eancia<\/a> <\/strong>da empreiteira.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/bancos-publicos-autonomia-lidar-divida-odebrecht\/\">Veja tamb\u00e9m: Bancos p\u00fablicos possuem autonomia para lidar com d\u00edvida da Odebrecht<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As recuperadas requerem que a Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal se abstenha de adotar o comportamento temer\u00e1rio destacado nesta manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o (a defesa da construtora), sob pena de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de san\u00e7\u00f5es processuais cab\u00edveis nos termos do artigo 81 do C\u00f3digo do Processo Civil&#8221;, informou o parecer da empreiteira enviado ao juiz no dia 7 de outubro.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Odebrecht<\/strong> j\u00e1 havia pedido \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a que a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/estatal-so-se-for-de-graca\/\">Caixa<\/a> <\/strong>parasse de adotar posturas como essa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O juiz Jo\u00e3o de Oliveira Rodrigues Filho, da 1\u00aa Vara de Fal\u00eancias de S\u00e3o Paulo, negou o pedido de fal\u00eancia feito pela Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial da Odebrecht.
