Ser\u00e3o emitidas pelo menos 26.910.657 novas cotas. O pre\u00e7o da nova cota tem um&nbsp;desconto de 1,48% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-patrimonial\/\" rel=\"noopener\">valor patrimonial<\/a> da cota, que atualmente corresponde a R$ 9,43.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, segundo o fato relevante, o valor m\u00ednimo da oferta ser\u00e1 de R$ 30.000.001,91, o que equivale a emiss\u00e3o de 26.910.657 cotas do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/vghf11\/\" rel=\"noopener\">VGHF11<\/a>.
