As partes interessadas na compra, por sua vez, incluem os concorrentes MDS, Mercer Marsh e It&#8217;sSeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A companhia destacou que ainda &#8220;n\u00e3o h\u00e1 qualquer compromisso ou documento vinculante, ou, ainda, decis\u00e3o final acerca de qualquer transa\u00e7\u00e3o neste sentido&#8221;, mas confirmou que analisa o desinvestimento na subsidi\u00e1ria em quest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atualmente a <strong>D&#8217;Or Consultoria<\/strong> tem uma carteira com 2,5 milh\u00f5es de benefici\u00e1rios, principalmente de conv\u00eanio m\u00e9dico. A MDS integra a Brokerslink, uma rede internacional de corretoras que est\u00e1 em mais de 130 pa\u00edses. No mercado nacional, a MDS movimenta uma cifra de cerca de R$ 3,5 bilh\u00f5es em pr\u00eamios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 a Mercer Marsh \u00e9 uma das maiores corretoras de seguro do mundo, com uma
