Ainda assim, o \u00edndice apresenta ganhos de 0,91% no acumulado de julho, 11,05% no ano e 14,70% em 12 meses, mostrando o bom momento do setor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na \u00faltima semana, o setor que apresentou melhor desempenho entre os <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fundos imobili\u00e1rios<\/a> foi o de <strong>varejo<\/strong>, que registrou ganhos de 1,33%.
