\u00e9 de R$ 64, ou seja, a companhia pagar\u00e1 R$ 64 por a\u00e7\u00e3o aos atuais donos de pap\u00e9is da companhia que desejarem vender suas participa\u00e7\u00f5es minorit\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source o dia 28 de julho, os acionistas titulares de, no m\u00ednimo, 10% das a\u00e7\u00f5es em circula\u00e7\u00e3o da companhia poder\u00e3o requerer aos <strong>administradores da Br Properties<\/strong> a convoca\u00e7\u00e3o de assembleia especial de acionistas titulares de a\u00e7\u00f5es em circula\u00e7\u00e3o para deliberar sobre a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de nova avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da companhia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EDP (ENBR3) movimenta R$ 4,3 bilh\u00f5es com OPA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/enbr3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>EDP<\/strong>\u00a0(ENBR3)<\/a>\u00a0comunicou que, na sua\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/oferta-publica-aquisicao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">oferta p\u00fablica de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>\u00a0de a\u00e7\u00f5es (OPA), a controladora, a EDP Energias de Portugal, comprou 185 milh\u00f5es de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-sao-acoes-ordinarias-preferenciais-e-units\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias<\/a>, representando cerca de 32% do capital social total,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rad.cvm.gov.br\/ENET\/frmExibirArquivoIPEExterno.aspx?NumeroProtocoloEntrega=1121973\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">conforme aviso aos acionistas<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A controladora da EDP pagou um pre\u00e7o-m\u00e9dio de R$ 23,73 totalizando o valor de R$ 4,394 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a&nbsp;<strong>OPA da EDP<\/strong>, haver\u00e1 cancelamento de registro de companhia aberta na categoria A e convers\u00e3o para categoria B e sa\u00edda do&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/novo-mercado\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Novo Mercado<\/a>&nbsp;da B3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a liquida\u00e7\u00e3o do leil\u00e3o, que ocorrer\u00e1 em 14 de julho, restar\u00e3o em circula\u00e7\u00e3o (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/free-float\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">free float<\/a>) 55,6 milh\u00e7oes de a\u00e7\u00f5es&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/statusinvest.com.br\/acoes\/enbr3?__hstc=189907700.a6a3c0f889dbabbf12a3704bf30b0bd8.1669153633978.1689366071052.1689375113667.1258&amp;__hssc=189907700.2.1689375113667&amp;__hsfp=3074800436\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ENBR3<\/a><\/strong>, que representam 9,58% do capital social da companhia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ou seja, a EDP de Portugal fica com cerca de 88% da a&nbsp;<strong>opera\u00e7\u00e3o da EDP no Brasil<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9 atrativa e que \u2018o melhor que a controladora pode fazer \u00e9 simplesmente comprar\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No acumulado de 2022, o Ebitda (Lucros antes de juros, impostos,&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/depreciacao-amortizacao\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>) da opera\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;<strong>da rede el\u00e9trica no Brasil&nbsp;<\/strong>representou \u20ac 615 milh\u00f5es, ante \u20ac 427 milh\u00f5es vistos no ano
