O \u00edndice teve sua maior cota\u00e7\u00e3o de fechamento desde 17 de fevereiro de 2020, antes da queda registrada nos mercados pela pandemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O fundo imobili\u00e1rio<strong> <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/mxrf11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MXRF11<\/a><\/strong>, por sua vez, o maior da bolsa brasileira em n\u00famero de cotistas, fechou o dia em alta de 0,19%, a R$ 10,71, registrando a 4\u00aa alta seguida.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<div data-element=\"shortcode-read-more\" class=\"knowMore\">\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"knowMore__title\">Leia mais<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<a class=\"knowMore__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/ibovespa-hoje-07062023-petr4-vale3-sobem\/\">\n\t\t\tIbovespa supera os 115 mil pontos; Petrobras (PETR4) sobe pela 5\u00aa vez seguida e Vale (VALE3) fecha em alta\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os destaques de alta do dia, o fundo <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/patl11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>PATL11<\/strong><\/a> obteve a maior valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, com um aumento de 4,08%. Em seguida, o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/rbrp11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>RBRP11<\/strong><\/a> apresentou uma alta de 3,67%, seguido por <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/vslh11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VSLH11<\/a>, com 3,10% de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o. Outros fundos imobili\u00e1rios que se destacaram foram <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/kfof11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KFOF11<\/a>, com 2,78% de alta, e <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/care11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CARE11<\/a>, que registrou um aumento de 2,62%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No entanto, alguns fundos imobili\u00e1rios n\u00e3o tiveram um desempenho t\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel. O <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/hfof11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HFOF11<\/a> foi o destaque negativo do dia, com uma queda de 1,67%. Em seguida, o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/tord11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TORD11<\/a> registrou uma baixa de 1,23%, enquanto o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/cpts11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>CPTS11<\/strong><\/a> teve uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 1,16%. Al\u00e9m disso, o <a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/vrta11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>VRTA11<\/strong><\/a> e o <strong><a class=\"suno-keyword\" data-force=\"yes\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/fundos-imobiliarios\/visc11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VISC11<\/a> <\/strong>tamb\u00e9m apresentaram queda, com varia\u00e7\u00f5es de -0,99% e -0,93%, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apesar das oscila\u00e7\u00f5es, \u00e9 importante ressaltar que o IFIX se mant\u00e9m em um patamar elevado, refletindo a atratividade dos fundos imobili\u00e1rios para os investidores.
