As IMF s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por processos de liquida\u00e7\u00e3o, compensa\u00e7\u00e3o, garantias, registro e dep\u00f3sitos de ativos financeiros e valores mobili\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Com a medida, o Banco Central e a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/cvm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM)<\/a> ser\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis pela regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e governan\u00e7a das IMF, bem como do gerenciamento de riscos gerais do neg\u00f3cio e processamento de opera\u00e7\u00f5es para liquida\u00e7\u00e3o. A Susep (Superintend\u00eancia de Seguros Privados) ter\u00e1 novas compet\u00eancias relativas a registros e supervis\u00e3o, inclusive no \u00e2mbito do Open Insurance.
