A Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Tel\u00e9grafos (ECT<\/strong>), na \u00faltima segunda-feira (14), reajustaram em at\u00e9 9% os servi\u00e7os de postagem de encomendas. Antes, em mar\u00e7o, a estatal j\u00e1 havia realizado o reajuste de de 8,03%.<\/p>\t

Segundo o jornal “Valor Econ\u00f4mico”, os Correios<\/strong>, por meio de um comunicado interno, afirmam que a medida tem “o objetivo de contribuir para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os de encomendas”.<\/p>\n

O reajuste ser\u00e1 baseado no \u00edndice m\u00e9dio ponderado de 6,34%. Para servi\u00e7os pouco expressivos no envio de encomendas, como Sedex e PAC, o aumento ser\u00e1 de 5,94% nos pre\u00e7os. J\u00e1 no Sedex Hoje, Sedex 10 e Sedex 12, servi\u00e7os de entrega r\u00e1pida, v\u00e3o ficar 9% mais caros.<\/p>\n

O reajuste m\u00e9dio aplicado pela empresa, de 6,34%, \u00e9 mais que o dobro da infla\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a> acumulada nos \u00faltimos 12 meses finalizados em setembro, de 2,89%, de acordo com o \u00cdndice de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cPor tratar-se de um mercado concorrencial, a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos pre\u00e7os ocorre em todo o segmento para readequa\u00e7\u00e3o do impacto dos custos na presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os\u201d, afirmaram os Correios em nota enviada ao “Valor Econ\u00f4mico”.<\/p>\n

Correios avaliam corte de gastos de R$ 2,26 bi<\/h2>\n

Os Correios<\/strong> est\u00e3o avaliando um poss\u00edvel aumento no seu programa de corte de gastos. Isso se deve ao fato de seus rivais terem avan\u00e7ado no mercado de entregas expressas e, consequentemente, sua previs\u00e3o de receita para este ano ter diminu\u00eddo.<\/p>\n\t

Inicialmente, os Correios tinham como plano uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 1,4 bilh\u00e3o em despesas at\u00e9 o fim do ano que vem, entretanto, a ECT quer aumentar essa meta para R$ 2,26 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

O presidente da companhia, Floriano Peixoto, est\u00e1 tentando reduzir o tamanho da estatal<\/a>, junto a sua equipe, desde meados de junho. Os Correios registraram preju\u00edzo acumulado<\/a> de R$ 2,8 bilh\u00f5es at\u00e9 julho.<\/p>\n
