O valor ser\u00e1 equivalente a 12,3 vezes o resultado operacional l\u00edquido (NOI) de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA venda da participa\u00e7\u00e3o no <strong>Shopping Iguatemi Florian\u00f3polis<\/strong> confirma o comprometimento da administra\u00e7\u00e3o em priorizar ativos em que possua possibilidade de deter participa\u00e7\u00e3o societ\u00e1ria relevante\u201d, disse a empresa de shopping centers.<\/p>\n<h2>Venda de shopping centers<\/h2>\n<p>A BR Malls negociou, no come\u00e7o de agosto, a venda do <strong>S\u00e3o<\/strong> <strong>Luis<\/strong> <strong>Shopping<\/strong> (MA) e do <strong>Via<\/strong> <strong>Brasil<\/strong> (RJ). A informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi dada por <strong>Ruy<\/strong> <strong>Kameyama<\/strong>, presidente da empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Caso as duas transa\u00e7\u00f5es sejam confirmadas, a <strong>BR<\/strong> <strong>Malls<\/strong> ir\u00e1 diminuir significativamente seu portf\u00f3lio. A gest\u00e3o da companhia foi trocada em maio de 2017. Dessa forma, novos planos foram tra\u00e7ados. Na antiga gest\u00e3o, a empresa detinha 44 shoppings. Al\u00e9m disse, Kameyama acredita que os resultados financeiros da empresa podem melhorar.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda na gest\u00e3o anterior a de Ruy Kameyama, a companhia j\u00e1 estava diminuindo sua pasta e tamb\u00e9m tinha planos para mudar a estrat\u00e9gia.<\/p>\n<h2>Venda de sete shoppings da BR Malls<\/h2>\n<p>A BR Malls <strong>(BRML3)<\/strong> informou no dia 28 de julho que estava em processo de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de venda de sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o integral em sete shoppings.
