Nesse contexto e considerando as oportunidades observadas no setor imobili\u00e1rio, o Grupo decidiu rentabilizar ativos com perfil voltado para distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e log\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa opera\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 sujeita \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o das autoridades, negocia\u00e7\u00f5es de contratos e cumprimento de demais condi\u00e7\u00f5es precedentes. Segundo o <strong>Carrefour Brasil<\/strong>, o aluguel desses im\u00f3veis ser\u00e1 de cerca de R$ 10 milh\u00f5es\/m\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No fechamento do <strong>Ibovespa hoje<\/strong>, as a\u00e7\u00f5es do Carrefour subiram 1,43%, aos R$ 9,95.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o mapeamento do Status Invest, nos \u00faltimos doze meses, as <strong>a\u00e7\u00f5es do Carrefour<\/strong> apresentam uma desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o de 47%.
