A \u00fanica mudan\u00e7a deve ser a entrada do Ita\u00fa BBA e do UBS BB, que ocupam o espa\u00e7o do rec\u00e9m comprado Credit Suisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/BPAC11\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BTG Pactual (BPAC11)<\/a>, por sua vez, deve ser o coordenador da oferta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com essa&nbsp;<strong>oferta de a\u00e7\u00f5es da Copel<\/strong>, o&nbsp;<strong>Governo do Paran\u00e1<\/strong>&nbsp;deve reduzir a sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o na companhia, diminuindo ent\u00e3o a sua influ\u00eancia na empresa \u2013 em linha com o que j\u00e1 estava sendo comunicado pelas autoridades pol\u00edticas nos \u00faltimos meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atualmente o Governo do Paran\u00e1 det\u00e9m cerca de 70% das&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-sao-acoes-ordinarias-preferenciais-e-units\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias<\/a>&nbsp;da empresa e 7% das preferenciais de Classe B, totalizando 31,1% do capital social total da el\u00e9trica, conforme os dados atualizados da \u00e1rea de Rela\u00e7\u00e3o com Investidores (RI) da Copel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em cust\u00f3dia da bolsa (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/free-float\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">free float<\/a>) s\u00e3o 16% das ordin\u00e1rias, 21,6% das preferenciais de Classe A e 61,7% das preferenciais de Classe B, totalizando 44,2% do capital social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O bra\u00e7o de participa\u00e7\u00f5es do BNDES, o BNDESPar, det\u00e9m 24% do capital social da&nbsp;<strong>companhia el\u00e9trica do Paran\u00e1<\/strong>, com 12,4% das ordin\u00e1rias e 31,2% das preferenciais de Classe B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A expectativa \u00e9 de que a <strong>Copel<\/strong> anuncie ainda nos pr\u00f3ximos dias, de forma oficial, a oferta de a\u00e7\u00f5es.
