Al\u00e9m disso, a equipe trabalha com a meta de destinar at\u00e9 20% do PL em &#8220;permutas financeiras, que possuem boa rentabilidade, com retornos da ordem de INCC + 13% a.a.&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Como fato subsequente, o fundo desinvestiu durante o m\u00eas de abril da Permuta &#8216;Moema 1&#8217;, com o repasse dos receb\u00edveis, gerando ao fundo um <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ganho-de-capital\/\" rel=\"noopener\">ganho de capital<\/a> aproximado de R$ 7,7 milh\u00f5es perfazendo um MOIC de 1,82x, comprovando mais uma vez a assertividade da estrat\u00e9gia, com um risco\/retorno muito interessante na vis\u00e3o da equipe de gest\u00e3o&#8221;, destacaram os gestores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>dividendos do MXRF11<\/strong> de mar\u00e7o de 2023 ficaram em R$ 0,12, pagos no dia 17\/04 para os cotistas que tinham esses pap\u00e9is at\u00e9 o
