A AB Inbev<\/strong> e suas subsidi\u00e1rias, Anheuser-Busch InBev Worldwide (Abiww)<\/strong> e Anheuser-Busch InBev Finance (Abifi),<\/strong> anunciaram que resgatar\u00e3o os valores principais de suas notas emitidas.<\/p>\n

A AB Inbev<\/strong> resgatar\u00e1 1,75 bilh\u00e3o de euros em notas que vencer\u00e3o em 2020, com juros anuais de 0,625%. A Abiww<\/strong> resgatar\u00e1, em notas, o total de US$ 525 milh\u00f5es, vencendo em 2022 e com juros de 2,5%. J\u00e1 a Abifi,<\/strong> resgatar\u00e1 notal no valor total de US$ 2,449 bilh\u00f5es, vencendo em 2021 a 2,65% de juros.<\/p>\n

IPO da AB InBev<\/h2>\n

A\u00a0 AB InBev levantou cerca de US$ 5 bilh\u00f5es com a oferta p\u00fablica inicial (IPO)<\/a><\/strong> da Budweiser<\/strong> na Bolsa de Valores de Hong Kong<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A empresa precificou a a\u00e7\u00e3o da Budweiser<\/strong> em 27 d\u00f3lares de Hong Kong,<\/strong> em d\u00f3lar americano, aproximadamente US$ 3,45 (R$14,39). Trata-se do segundo maior IPO<\/strong> deste ano, atr\u00e1s somente dos US$ 8,1 bilh\u00f5es que o Uber<\/strong><\/a> levantou em maio.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o diretor de pesquisa da Kingston Securites, Dickie Wong<\/strong>, o foco da cervejaria est\u00e1 na China<\/strong> devido ao aumento da demanda de consumidores por cervejas premium<\/strong><\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Especialmente na China o mercado de cervejas premium e ultra premium tem se sa\u00eddo muito bem, superando em todos os outros lugares”, disse Wong.<\/p>\n\t
