<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manter a atua\u00e7\u00e3o do fundo em desenvolvimentos que aumentem o potencial de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de renda a m\u00e9dio prazo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>melhorar o perfil estrat\u00e9gico do portf\u00f3lio, buscando im\u00f3veis de alta qualidade em pra\u00e7as log\u00edsticas importantes;
