A cidade que apontou a maior baixa na venda de <strong>im\u00f3veis<\/strong> comerciais foi Curitiba, com 7,11%<\/p>\n<p>No m\u00eas passado, o pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio de <strong>im\u00f3veis<\/strong> <strong>comerciais<\/strong> teve queda de 0,45%, enquanto a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/inflacao-em-2019\/\">infla\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> cresceu 0,11%. A \u00fanica cidade monitorada que registrou crescimento no m\u00eas em quest\u00e3o foi Bras\u00edlia, com 0,13%.<\/p>\n<p>O valor m\u00e9dio do metro quadrado de <strong>im\u00f3veis<\/strong> comerciais nas cidades monitoradas pelo \u00edndice foi R$ 8,812\/m\u00b2. Sendo assim, o Rio de Janeiro registrou o maior pre\u00e7o em agosto, sendo R$ 10,082\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/ministerio-economia-comite-gestao-imoveis-uniao\/\">Veja tamb\u00e9m: Minist\u00e9rio da Economia cria comit\u00ea para a gest\u00e3o de im\u00f3veis da Uni\u00e3o<\/a><\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio do <strong>aluguel<\/strong> <strong>de im\u00f3veis<\/strong> <strong>comerciais<\/strong> teve alta de 0,41% nos \u00faltimos 12 meses. A cidade de Salvador registrou uma alta de 6,26%.<\/p>\n<p>Em agosto, o \u00edndice manteve-se est\u00e1vel, crescendo 0,01%. Das cidades monitoradas pelo \u00edndice, S\u00e3o Paulo registrou o maior valor, de R$ 44,99\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>O retorno m\u00e9dio do <strong>aluguel<\/strong> comercial anualizado foi previsto em 5,33% no m\u00eas de agosto deste ano. Dessa forma, superou a rentabilidade do aluguel de <strong>im\u00f3veis<\/strong> <strong>residenciais<\/strong> no igual per\u00edodo e do retorno m\u00e9dio real de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras de refer\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<h2>Pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio do aluguel de im\u00f3veis residenciais cresce 3,61% no ano<\/h2>\n<p>O \u00cdndice FipeZap divulgou, no dia 17 de setembro, que o pre\u00e7o m\u00e9dio do aluguel de im\u00f3veis <strong>residenciais<\/strong> em 2019 obteve alta de 3,61% em 2019.
