A soma de servidores ativos chega a 3.372 pessoas. Desses, 23% s\u00e3o mulheres. Quando olhamos se a propor\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 refletida nos cargos de lideran\u00e7a, vemos que at\u00e9 est\u00e1. Mas a balan\u00e7a pende para uma propor\u00e7\u00e3o maior de comissionados homens. Temos atualmente 19,4% de mulheres ocupando fun\u00e7\u00f5es comissionadas. O que nos preocupa \u00e9 que esse n\u00famero se mant\u00e9m est\u00e1vel h\u00e1 muitos anos. Outro grande desafio \u00e9 incentivar nos pr\u00f3ximos concursos a participa\u00e7\u00e3o e recrutamento de mais mulheres e outras minorias&#8221;, disse o presidente do BC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Programa de diversidade do Banco Central<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo Campos Neto, o <strong>BC <\/strong>lan\u00e7ou nesta semana um programa de <strong>diversidade <\/strong>e <strong>inclus\u00e3o<\/strong>, que se prop\u00f5e a articular a\u00e7\u00f5es de promo\u00e7\u00e3o e igualdade de g\u00eanero, ra\u00e7a, orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual e outros p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;O programa quer garantir que o <strong>Banco Central<\/strong> seja uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o mais acolhedora e inclusiva a todos os seus colaboradores que se utiliza da diversidade como fonte propulsora de resultados para a institui\u00e7\u00e3o.
