As s\u00f3cias investir\u00e3o R$ 160 milh\u00f5es cada. A nova empresa \u00e9 avaliada em R$ 1,1 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, a <strong>Ra\u00edzen<\/strong> opera 6,2 mil postos no Pa\u00eds. Desse total, mil lojas s\u00e3o da <strong>Shell Select,<\/strong> licenciadas ou franqueadas para operadores independentes. A <strong>Oxxo,<\/strong> opera mais de 18 mil lojas na <strong>Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Joint-venture entre Ra\u00edzen e Femsa<\/h2>\n<p>No come\u00e7o de agosto, a empresa mexicana de bebidas <strong>Femsa<\/strong> assinou um pacto com a brasileira <strong>Ra\u00edzen Conveni\u00eancias.<\/strong> O acordo prev\u00ea a compra de 50% da empresa de conveni\u00eancias. Com isso, as duas companhias formar\u00e3o uma<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/joint-venture\/\"> <strong>joint-venture<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/femsa-raizen-acordo-formar-joint-venture\/\">Saiba mais: Femsa e Ra\u00edzen fazem acordo para formar joint venture<\/a><\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/enterprise-value-valor-da-firma\/\">enterprise value<\/a> (valor da firma) foi avaliado em R$ 1,122 bilh\u00e3o.
