Al\u00e9m disso o Departamento explicou que, por conta de uma brecha na plataforma, cibercriminosos poderiam obter dados pessoais e valores de d\u00edvidas dos consumidores.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda de acordo com o <strong>DPDC,<\/strong> de acordo com a informa\u00e7\u00e3o que foi tida como base da instaura\u00e7\u00e3o do processo, &#8220;n\u00e3o se sabe por quanto tempo os hackers tiveram acesso ao sistema e nem dados de quantos clientes eles realmente conseguiram visualizar ao longo desse tempo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>TIM<\/strong> ser\u00e1 intimada para se manisfestar em sede de Defesa Administrativa. Caso as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es sejam confirmadas, a empresa ter\u00e1 que pagar uma multa de aproximadamente R$ 10 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>TIM<\/strong> declarou que foi v\u00edtima de um ataque criminoso de hackers e que n\u00e3o foi ainda notificada da autua\u00e7\u00e3o da Senacon. Ap\u00f3s a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o, a empresa apresentar\u00e1 defesa no processo.<\/p>\n<p>Em nota, a <strong>TIM<\/strong> declarou seu compromisso com os mais elevados padr\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a da informa\u00e7\u00e3o e confirmou que os dados de seus clientes est\u00e3o seguros.<\/p>\n<h2>Fus\u00e3o entre Oi e TIM pode ocorrer<\/h2>\n<p>A aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>Projeto de Lei Complementar<\/strong> (PLC) 79\/2016, na \u00faltima quarta-feira (11), pode alterar o ambiente regulat\u00f3rio do segmento de telefonia, segundo analistas.
