Foram registradas <strong>12 a\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais<\/strong> contra a companhia at\u00e9 a manh\u00e3 da \u00faltima quinta. De acordo com o portal bitcoin, foram registrados processos provindos de v\u00e1rias regi\u00f5es do Brasil, como: Amazonas, Rio Grande do Sul e S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>No Rio de Janeiro, um cliente ir\u00e1 <strong>receber<\/strong> R$ 2.500 da empresa, ap\u00f3s o juiz do <strong>Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Rio de Janeiro<\/strong> determinar o pagamento. Al\u00e9m disso, a Justi\u00e7a designou que a companhia pague por danos morais, que ir\u00e1 totalizar um montante de R$ 26 mil ao cliente.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/cvm-acusa-unick-forex-de-operacao-irregular\/\">Veja tamb\u00e9m: CVM acusa Unick Forex de opera\u00e7\u00e3o irregular<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Intimados pela Justi\u00e7a do Rio de Janeiro, os s\u00f3cios da<strong> Unick Forex<\/strong> n\u00e3o compareceram a audi\u00eancia de concilia\u00e7\u00e3o do processo que aconteceu na \u00faltima quinta-feira (12). Sendo assim, a empresa (r\u00e9u) n\u00e3o p\u00f4de contestar a a\u00e7\u00e3o proposta contra ela. Ao compulsar os autos verifico que o AR de cita\u00e7\u00e3o do r\u00e9u (Unick) n\u00e3o regressou aos autos. Pelo MM.\u00ba Juiz Leigo foi proferida a seguinte DECIS\u00c3O: Determino ao cart\u00f3rio que proceda a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o da cita\u00e7\u00e3o, ap\u00f3s cumpra-se nos termos da lei. Nada mais havendo, foi determinado o encerramento da presente \u00e0s 14h15min.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Unick<\/strong> <strong>Forex<\/strong> j\u00e1 contabiliza um total de 9 mil reclama\u00e7\u00f5es no site ReclameAQUI e, com isso, alcan\u00e7ou o patamar das piores <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=VcctrqdbbCQ\">empresas<\/a> do Pa\u00eds.
