O lucro ficou levemente abaixo do consenso Bloomberg, que estimava R$ 107 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fora do quesito ajustado, o <strong>lucro do Grupo Soma<\/strong> foi de R$ 72,4 milh\u00f5es no trimestre, mostrando alta de 61,7% no comparativo de base anual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A dona das marcas como Hering, Farm e Animale, tamb\u00e9m mostrou um lucro antes juros, impostos, <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/depreciacao-amortizacao\/\" rel=\"noopener\">deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> (Ebitda, na sigla em ingl\u00eas) ajustado de R$ 210,7 milh\u00f5es no 4T22, representando crescimento de 40%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/margem-ebitda\/\" rel=\"noopener\">margem Ebitda<\/a> ajustada do <strong>Grupo Soma no 4T22<\/strong> foi de 15,5%, mostrando um avan\u00e7o de 3,1 pontos percentuais (p.p.) ante a margem registrada em 4T21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-receita-liquida\/\" rel=\"noopener\">receita l\u00edquida<\/a> da companhia cresceu 11,5%, por sua vez, para atuais R$ 1,357 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/resultado-financeiro\/\" rel=\"noopener\">resultado financeiro<\/a> l\u00edquido foi negativo em R$ 56,3 milh\u00f5es no quarto trimestre de 2022, mostrando alta de 197,6% sobre as perdas financeiras de igual etapa do ano anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A companhia fechou o ano de 2022 com uma <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/divida-liquida\/\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00edvida l\u00edquida<\/a> de R$ 580,3 milh\u00f5es. O indicador de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/alavancagem-financeira\/\" rel=\"noopener\">alavancagem financeira<\/a> &#8211; raz\u00e3o entre a d\u00edvida l\u00edquida e <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda-ajustado\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Ebitda ajustado<\/a> &#8211;  foi de 0,79x.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ap\u00f3s a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da Hering, em setembro de 2021, a Companhia, em linha com o plano estrat\u00e9gico, vem realizando progressiva desalavancagem. Em 31 de dezembro de 2022, atingiu 0,79x no indicador D\u00edvida l\u00edquida\/EBITDA Ajustado LTM.
