O caso \u00e9 analisado na 1\u00aa Vara Regional de Compet\u00eancia Empresarial e de Conflitos de Arbitragem de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>grupo Investfarma<\/strong>, controlador da Poupafarma, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um dos requerentes da a\u00e7\u00e3o.
