O Fiagro<\/strong> – fundos de investimentos na cadeia do agroneg\u00f3cio – criado em 2021, j\u00e1 come\u00e7a a se consolidar no mercado de capitais. Com o crescimento do setor em patrim\u00f4nio e n\u00famero de investidores, o Fiagro tornou-se op\u00e7\u00e3o tanto para as empresas agr\u00edcolas que precisam de cr\u00e9dito quanto para os investidores que buscam ganhos acima do CDI.<\/p>\t

Prova disso \u00e9 o pr\u00f3prio patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido do Fiagro<\/a><\/strong> que bateu a marca de R$ 10 bilh\u00f5es. Esses fundos tamb\u00e9m cresceram em sua base de cotistas, saindo de 181 mil em dezembro de 2022 para 194 mil em janeiro deste ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dos 71 fiagros listados, 15 possuem mais de 15 mil cotistas, aponta o Boletim do Agro publicado pela Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O volume de ofertas de novos fundos tamb\u00e9m chegou ao seu recorde, atingindo R$ 8,1 bilh\u00f5es no ano de 2022. Esse valor revela um aumento de 76% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2021, destaca o Boletim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fiagro: bom para o produtor e para o investidor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Do montante captado pelos fundos, 88% s\u00e3o destinados ao financiamento de produtos agropecu\u00e1rios \u201cdentro da porteira\u201d, ou seja, com atua\u00e7\u00e3o direta na atividade produtiva. Os destaques s\u00e3o os segmentos de gr\u00e3os e pecu\u00e1ria, mostra o Boletim do Agro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A maioria dos fundos do tipo Fiagro investem em Certificados de Receb\u00edveis do Agroneg\u00f3cio (CRA)<\/a><\/strong>, t\u00edtulos da d\u00edvida do setor. Os produtores rurais s\u00e3o os principais captadores desses recursos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por isso, o Fiagro se torna vi\u00e1vel tanto para o agroneg\u00f3cio, que possui mais uma fonte de cr\u00e9dito, quanto para o investidor pessoa f\u00edsica, que acessa um investimento com rendimentos mensais com isen\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De modo geral, esses ativos remuneram seus investidores com ganhos recorrentes. Como os Fiagros investem em CRAs indexados ao CDI<\/strong>, os rendimentos mensais distribu\u00eddos pelos fundos possuem um pr\u00eamio atrativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Embalado pela alta da taxa Selic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Com a taxa Selic em 13,75% desde o m\u00eas de agosto de 2022, os investimentos atrelados ao CDI ganharam relev\u00e2ncia no mercado financeiro. Por isso, Fiagro torna-se potente como ve\u00edculo de investimento ao distribuir rendimentos com ganhos acima do CDI<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os dividendos mensais pagos pelos fundos aos seus cotistas t\u00eam representado retornos expressivos, diz levantamento da Quantum Finance sobre o dividend yield dos fiagros em 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O estudo levou em considera\u00e7\u00e3o apenas o Fiagro-FII<\/a><\/strong>, excluindo o Fiagro-FIDC<\/strong> e Fiago-FIP<\/strong>, produtos voltados para investidores profissionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neste caso, a Quantum Finance<\/strong> utilizou os dados de fundos que pagaram rendimentos entre 3 de janeiro de 2022 at\u00e9 29 de dezembro de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pelo menos quatro ativos tiveram retornos com pr\u00eamios superiores \u00e0 taxa Selic. O VGIA11<\/strong> e o XPCA11<\/strong> foram os campe\u00f5es dos rendimentos, distribuindo respectivamente 17,75% e 16,16% ao ano. Al\u00e9m desses, o RZAG11<\/strong> e JGPX11<\/strong> pagaram 15,34% e 14,34% aos seus investidores, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O Fiagro tem uma avenida de crescimento pela frente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tudo indica que o setor ainda tem muito a crescer. \u00c9 o que pensa Vitor Duarte<\/strong>, CIO da Suno Asset<\/strong>, que disse que o mercado brasileiro de Fiagro pode ficar maior do que o de fundos imobili\u00e1rios<\/strong> em at\u00e9 dez anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na vis\u00e3o de Duarte, isso pode acontecer porque o agro brasileiro produz R$ 1,1 trilh\u00e3o em valor de mercado. \u201cNa m\u00e9dia, os agricultores s\u00e3o 70% alavancados. S\u00e3o mais de R$ 700 bilh\u00f5es de necessidade de investimento\u201d, destaca o CIO da Suno Asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como apenas R$ 250 bilh\u00f5es desses investimentos v\u00eam do Plano Safra, com recursos governamentais, o cr\u00e9dito privado pode ganhar mais espa\u00e7o. Por isso, Duarte sugere que o Fiagro<\/strong> tenha pelo menos R$ 500 bilh\u00f5es para investir no agroneg\u00f3cio nos pr\u00f3ximos anos, tornando-se um setor ainda mais robusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\t
